Palm Desert Velo - Modern Condo w Spa

Summary:

This recently constructed modern condo spared no expense in furnishings and finishes.  From the electric shades controlled by wall switches, to the 3 section sliding glass door in the living room, to the outdoor grill and seating area located in an outdoor atrium within the home, and the private hot tub on the back patio, this home is exceptionally unique  The textured concrete block walls make an excellent backdrop to feature modern artwork which is prominently displayed throughout the home.  Although the well appointed kitchen will allow you to prepare meals without ever leaving, you will be far too temped to enjoy the many fine dining establishments along El Paseo.   The hot tub in the back yard is very private, and will allow you to stay warm on cool winter nights or help cool you off in the heat of the summer!  If you and your significant other want to pamper yourself for long weekend surrounded by palm trees and fine dining, this is your place.  This villa home also lends itself to families since the two bedrooms are each equipped with a queen size beds along with a queen air mattress for the living room allowing the 4 guests allowed to occupy this unit per the City of Palm Desert a place to nap in front of the TV.  The dining room table comfortably seats six. Should you be visiting Palm Desert with another couple, the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home and each has their own bathroom  offering an extra level of privacy.  Hotel Paseo is across the street and offers day passes if you would like to use their pool or fitness center during your stay. If traveling in a group, consider booking units 2 and 4 in this building at the same time. Both are vacation rentals managed by Velo Vacation Rentals.



Note: Palm Desert Velo is one of f our units in a common condominium complex with full time residents occupying the condo nextdoor.  For this reason, this home does not lend itself to events or parties, and we only allow a maximum of 8 guests to be on the property at any time, and no more then 6 guests can stay overnight.  If you are looking for a  romantic get-a-way vacation, this place works great.   If you are in town for a business trip or a family vacation, this place works great! If you want to visit Palm Desert and enjoy the phenomenal weather for cycling, hiking, or golfing, this place works great!  However, if you are looking for a house that can be used to host a party with alcohol and  lots of guests staying up past 10 pm with loud music, talk to us about Tucson properties, but not this one!



Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee

This property has a front doorbell camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.

If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
