Large home with ocean view

We stayed here for a couple months while house hunting. The home has a nice view of the ocean and large spacious living areas. It comes equipped with everything you need and is pet friendly. The host is friendly and communicates well and responds no matter the time or day. This place is conveniently located to both Brookings and Crescent City and it’s also adjacent to the cheapest gas in the local area. We had a pleasant stay at this location.

The home was clean, well organized, stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. and met all of our needs. We spent five days showing my brother and sister-in-law the Oregon coast. This was the perfect location and we felt very comfortable in this home. The few questions I had were quickly answered by Sandy. Would we return--YES.

Quiet NorCal Coastal Hideaway

Our family was looking for somewhere we could all be together during our parents visit from Utah. The main floor master was perfect for my dad who is recovering from cancer treatments. He loved the large walk in shower, comfortable bed and easy access to the kitchen and family room. My husband and I also enjoyed the top floor room with extensive coastline views that would highlight the sunset every evening. The property is pet friendly and has a beautiful yard which we enjoyed immensely. Large well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and many entrances to the house were fantastic details that made the space more liveable and pleasant.

Weekend celebration

Everything about this house was amazing! We had 8 people in out party plus our 2 dogs and it was still spacious. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes, which was really nice. The only thing i would suggest is to gravel the driveway. The only reason i say that is because we constantly were worried about tracking mud in the house between the kids and dogs. We for sure will return to this house in the future!!

Wonderful place to stay in Smith River

The house and surrounding property were just as we expected from the pictures we saw online. The house is very clean and spacious. It lived up to our expectations and then exceeded them. The location is perfect and just off the main road enough so you only get the occasional car driving by. No noise from the 101 can be heard. The view of the ocean from the top floor is a very nice added bonus. There even is a handheld telescope to get an up close view of the gorgeous sea. As for Sandy, the property owner, she was very prompt with the few questions we had. I would definitely recommend that anyone thinking about staying in this area should book this beautiful home. It will not disappoint.
