Clean, contemporary efficiency apartment in a quiet neighborhood only a short drive to Camps Bay beach, or better yet easy access down the coast to find the perfect sunset viewing vantage point. Nice private patio with fantastic views of the ocean, Camps Bay area, and Lion’s head rock. Also great for star gazing.

We showed up, having come all the way from America, with our reservation confirmation, only to find the host didn’t have our reservation and the apartment was under construction. The host had blocked the dates, but VRBO messed up. It was 1030 at night, we were in a strange country, and they played games with us on the phone for over 1 1/2 hours. Then got upset when we lost our cool. They left us stranded in a strange country in the middle of the night, made promises to help find accommodations and pay any difference, and then NEVER delivered. We were on our own.
