We've stayed at this home 3 times over the past 10 years and have loved it every time. Each time we come back there are more and more improvements to a home that didn't need any improvements! Great property and prime location. The only thing that could be improved is the off street parking. The interior is very modern and high quality. There were some contractors working on the exterior while we were there but they were polite and concerned that they didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of the property.

Gorgeous, new property with perfect location!

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious house with plenty of space for 3 couples and each have their own bathroom. The location is 10/10. Couldn’t be more perfect with walking access to the beach and all shops/restaurants in Rehoboth! My only suggestion would be for the owners to install towel racks in the bathrooms, provide linens and towels, and decorate a little more which I’m sure they will. Highly recommend!

There isn’t anything that could push me off a 5 star rating of this place. Previous comments validated the worn furniture in the living room but we didn’t spend much time there so for us it was a non issue. Location of the house was best of all worlds, close to beach and close to restaurants/shops. Beds very comfortable and rooms a good size. Bathrooms were in pretty good shape as well. Kitchen had everything you’d need for the week. Parking a little tight in the back when you arrive. Safe area and felt at home with our two young kids and extended family who came to see us for part of the trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

An Elegant Getaway in the Heart of Rehoboth

My husband and I headed to Rehoboth for a winter getaway weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Judy's property is more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Flatscreens in every bedroom, jacuzzi tub in the master, a gas fireplace, elegant and fully equipped kitchen (top of the line Jennair appliances with a gas stove) with a wonderful open layout and Wifi! Although we had it all to ourselves, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, allowing privacy if there were multiple couples or a larger family. Too cold to enjoy the two porches but I can imagine morning tea (or coffee) with Lewes heavy cream in the warmer months. One block from Rehoboth avenue and a few blocks to the ocean. This in town getaway is a great place to stay. You'll need to bring your sheets and towels but that makes it feel even more like home. Thanks Judy for a wonderful time!

Perfect for our honeymoon

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. We loved the kitchen and living room, and when the weather was nice it was great to sit out on the porch and eat our lunch.
