Was a great flat. The tv didn’t work to watch anything, you had to have an account. The elevator didn’t work when we left so luggage had to be taken down the stairs. But overall it was a good stay.

Pros:(1) The host was amazing with communication (very quick to respond and provided detailed check-in info with pictures). Best host I've every seen on VRBO. (2) The location of the apartment is excellent with many great cafes and restaurants.Cons: (1) The place had not been cleaned from the prior guests so we needed to walk around for a few hours while they quickly got it presentable. (2) The TV was not working - it was not connecting to the internet continuously so we would watch for 10-15 seconds and they it would go offline for 30 seconds or not come back on at all. (3) The contact information left in the apartment is not valid and needs to be updated by the host. The phone number when called came back with a line that is no longer in service. We also never heard back from the email we sent on the one-page contact list in the flat.
