Independent and rustic chalet of ~100m2 on 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms, ideal for 6 people. It is located on the heights of the charming hamlet of Lannaz, directly at the foot of the ski slopes and 2 km from the village of Evolène and its shops.
Car access in summer and winter at 150 meters. Free public parking.
Res: Kitchen, living room with fireplace. Dining area with access to the terrace and garden. Separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. Bathroom and separate toilet.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine. Electric and wood heating.
Bedding: Bolster pillow, blankets, 3 duvets 120/160, 2 duvets 140/170.
Animals not allowed.
