Make it summer all year round

One of Edisto’s Best, Paws 4 Ever II, is not just for summer! We welcome you to enjoy this Wyndham Resort property any time of the year. This quaint two-bedroom and two full bath home is open and airy and located at the entrance of the resort for easy access during the summer.

While at your oasis, you will find your master retreat greats you with a king bed and ensuite bathroom shower/tub combination. The laundry is also located within the master bathroom. Your guest bedroom will boast a queen bed and has access to the shared bathroom in the hallway, also equipped with a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms are equipped with streaming televisions for your enjoyment.Your ample living space provides seating for all, a sleeper sofa, and streaming television. After cooking in your fully equipped kitchen, grilling on the charcoal grill, or ordering in, you will have your choice of dining alfresco on the back porch overlooking the pond or in the enclosed sunroom area with a view of the pond.

Ocean Ridge Amenities can be purchased for a fee, based on availability, through Club Wyndham Ocean Ridge. Amenities include 3 swimming pools, fitness room, mini-golf, playground, tennis courts, and beach cabana (located in the 2000 block of Palmetto Blvd).

Paws 4 Ever II allows for 2 house-broken flea treat dogs with prior approval. Please include the size and breed of your dog when you inquire. This property is licensed by the city of Edisto as a vacation rental. The school's out property is a very quiet. Cozy, clean little place for us to stay on our vacation. It was rough for mom to get up and down the steps because she's handicapped, but we helped her each time she went out the house

It was great to have such a pet-friendly home for our beach trip with our dog! They even had a bucket of dog toys in the living room, which my dog found before I did. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the patio was dog friendly with a gate that closed. As for cleanliness, there was a random napkin on the dresser in the smaller bedroom and clumps of long dog hair in random areas throughout the house. Other than that, it was an incredibly cozy and great pet-friendly stay!

Only place my husband likes

This is our favorite beach stay. My kids and i are total beach bums, my husband, not so much. He went with us here last year amd now actually looks forward to going. We will return! Quiet stay. Great to work with. We ended up adding a day to stay longer while we were already there. Super great service.

Great little cottage!

We always love our visits to Edisto. School's Out is a great little house. The Kitchen and living areas areas are perfect for just a few people. The only thing we didn't love is it's proximity to the Resort check-in facility and the second gate to the parking area was almost always closed. It got to be a bit annoying. Other than that our stay was lovely.

Just what we wanted

We normally camp the weekend at Edisto and spend the week in Myrtle at the end of the summer. This year we ended up going to "schools out" and I believe our family plans might change from here on out. It was perfectly sized for us, quite neighbors, and Greg was amazing and quick when I couldn't find my email with my door code. 10 out of 10 stars 🌟

We loved our time at Edisto in this property. The location was great. It was quiet but close to beach access points. (Be prepared to golf cart or drive and park to get to the beach. The home was clean, well stocked and roomy enough for our family of 5 adults and dog. Just the escape we needed for a couple of days away.

Lovely Cottage at Edisto

The property was nice, although a little dated - the owners are working on improvements. The location was nice, and since we have been to Edisto before, we were familiar with most of the bike paths and were able to bring our own bicycles (the one place we tried to have bicycles delivered from told us they did not have any available and it was on a first come first serve basis). The television in the den was a little small, and since we don’t stream, viewing was at a minimum, until one of our young adult children renewed her Netflix account for a month. Although the property is part of the Wyndham resort, we were unable to use the pools without an additional fee and we were unwilling to pay $75 for a day pass to the pool - we did however take advantage of the cabana and were able to rent an umbrella and two lounge chairs for less than $40.

Parking and Beds

The rental was very nice but the beds were hard as a rock, making sleeping throughout the night difficult. I recommend investing into some softer mattresses for future guests. The parking situation got pretty frustrating having the Wyndham employees parking in the extra spot allotted for us. Overall the stay was wonderful!
