About this property

Best of both worlds on the lagoon across the street from the beach.

Two bedrooms a king and queen with a loft with two twin beds. Fish our dock on the lagoon or stroll across the street to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We have a great location at the narrowness part of the island. Bring your boat or jet skis we have docks and a ramp. We are right past the Little lagoon pass. Great beach, nice pool and picnic areas. We also have everything you need for the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon. We only rent Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3pm check out is 10 am

Birthday Getaway

My family & I spent a week here for my 50th bday. The condo is directly across the street from the beach with a boardwalk/beach access for guests to use. You can see it from the front door of the condo. Check in was easy, the condo was clean & tastefully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. We also enjoyed sitting on the swings on the dock/pier on the lagoon side. My grandson got to see some stingrays swimming around, mullet jumping out of the water & another guest caught a stingray while fishing. It's beautiful at sunrise & sunset. Weather was perfect for us the entire week. I would highly recommend this condo & would definitely stay here again. Steve, the owner, was easy to communicate with & very accommodating. I'm spoiled & usually stay on the beach, but I really enjoyed having the lagoon there and it's a very short walk to the beach. No further than a lot of beachfront properties with boardwalks over sand dunes for beach access. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We had a blast!

October Family Vacation 2023

This was our First Time Visiting Gulf Shores, and I would highly recommend staying at this condo. This worked perfectly for our family of 6. I cannot say enough great things about this place!! The Condo was clean and includes a full kitchen with everything you need to cook with (pans & utensils), 2 bathrooms with enough towels for a family of 6, all of the beds came with sheets and covers, and the beds were comfy (I have a bad back so that says something). There is an elevator to the 3rd floor, washer and dryer, PLUS you have all you need for the beach (including chairs, coolers, toys, floats etc) The private beach access is right across the street, you have a private doc to fish off of, enjoy the sunsets, or even bring your own boat. There is a private community pool. Your own deck to enjoy the night, and private parking. It really is a piece of paradise. I kept telling my husband I am so thankful that we did not book one of the hotels. We did go in early Oct so not during the busy season. It was not loud with barely any neighbors around and the weather was perfect. We will def, be back again! Thank you to our generous host that was just a text away! Until next time!
