Nestled just outside the center of Bantam, this immaculate 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a pool is the ultimate retreat. The home is perfectly located for enjoying the area's top attractions, like lake activities, skiing at Mohawk, hiking the trails of White Memorial, Litchfield's Village Green where you can enjoy fine dinning, shopping and visit historic sites. Pool is open May 15th - Sept 15th

Master suite is located on the first floor along with an open living, dining and kitchen area. The second floor adorns 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, full bath, laundry area, work space and large bonus room. Smart TV's with basic cable and Netflix access in the Master bedroom, first floor living room and upstairs bonus room.

Phenomenal location, walking distance to many things, 5 minute drive to main areas. House was clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub were in great shape and loved by the kids. Very well equipped kitchen. Overall we had another wonderful stay here!

Great location, house and pool

This was an ideal setup for our family vacationing in Litchfield. Great location minutes away from shops and restaurants and a fantastic pool scene to relax in the backyard. The house was in top condition, having everything we needed within reach. We grilled, enjoyed the backyard and the living/sleep areas were very comfortable. Highly recommend - great experience and value for a vacation

Tranquility Base

We stayed at Hilltop house for the week before and during our daughter’s wedding. This is a beautiful, tranquil, comfortable home, with two living areas, really comfortable living area furniture, and lovely beds, beautiful, functional bathrooms and a kitchen where I was able to cater a brunch for 100. We all highly recommend this property, the hot tub and pool were (literally) the icing on the cake. Thanks Liz for a great stay.

Beautiful home and great location!

The property is newly renovated with great taste and lovely appointments throughout. We had four adults in our party and everyone had plenty of space and privacy spread out over two large floors of the house. The kitchen is spectacular and includes everything you could possibly want to cook. The beds were comfy and included all the blankets and linens you'll need and lots of tv's. There is a beautiful pool and hot tub with privacy. Great location, easy to drive and often walk to anything you'll need. The Town of Litchfield is new England charm at its best! We can't wait to stay at this property again next year :) Five stars, highly recommend.

Amazing July stay!

Loved our experience at this home! The house is exactly as pictured and actually feels more open and spacious! Everything feels very new and the house is well stocked. The pool and hot tub are amazing highlights! The kids loved the horses next door too! The location is fantastic - so close to ice cream, grocery, coffee shops, cute festivals, farms, etc. lots of local activities going on. Finally Liz was an amazing host … so quick to respond to any question and to help with anything needed. This was an absolute 5 star - will definitely return!!

Relax on the Hilltop

The property and area overall exceeded our expectations and we were sad to leave. We choose it as a middle point visiting New York and Boston and were sure glad we did. Really nice floor plan and layout. Awesome back yard with the pool and plenty of privacy and relaxation. Liz (owner) was great with communication and even changed out propane tank for the grill while we were out on a hike. Don't hesitate to book this home...you will not be disappointed.
