A covered pavilion with an oversized fire‑pit sits beside a spacious deck furnished with super‑comfy couches, captain’s chairs, and a 16‑person dining table. The outdoor fireplace is currently out of order, but the patio and fire‑pit remain fully usable. A screened porch, a sunroom, and a private balcony off the upstairs queen bedroom provide additional spots to enjoy the forest backdrop. Bear‑proof trash cans are placed on Upper Lake Road; please secure them tightly.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and cooking utensil you could desire, a coffee bar, mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender, and kids’ plates and cups. A breakfast bar seats three, while the formal indoor dining room seats eight. Outside, the pavilion’s dining table accommodates sixteen guests, perfect for large meals or celebrations.



Neighborhood

Just a two‑minute drive brings you to Blue Bike Café for a spectacular breakfast, and Main Street’s finest restaurants such as Wolfgang’s Restaurant & Wine Bistro and Ristorante Paoletti. Pet policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome, up to two, with written approval and a $250 fee per pet. Cats are not allowed. Service animals are exempt from the pet fee and restrictions.



Guest guidelines

- Maximum occupancy: eight guests.

- No smoking or vaping indoors or near open windows.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

- Secure all food in the home to prevent attracting bears.

- No parties with outside guests; all overnight guests must be listed.

- Up to two cars may be parked on the property at a time.
