We enjoyed 2 nights in this lovely home. Everything was great! Check-in and check-out was super easy. Communication with the property manager was quick and informative. The pool and hot tub were very nice, clean and private. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 9 family members in for a wedding and the accomodations were great for our needs. The hot tub was very nice and was a great way to unwind after the wedding. Hosts were very responsive!

Perfect weekend getaway with a spacious floor plan & backyard entertainment

Spacious floor plan and the backyard entertainment made for a relaxing weekend. Our host had everything prepared and updated us regularly. We would repeat our stay when we are back in town.

This property was amazing ! Perfect for Us .. had everything we needed with all the girls the 3 bathrooms were a necessity, lol … The master was a plus with the separate toilet room which I appreciated the most so I could relax in my jacuzzi tub .. fridge was very large size for all our needs .. and the most important was being so close to the casinos across the river and Katherine’s Landing where our boat rental was and also Sam’s club ..

Beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! We came for a soccer tournament and it was so nice to have a clean and comfortable house to rest at between all the games. Great, safe location. Hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and well kept! Also great, quick and friendly communication from the property manager!

Perfect Location

This place is 5 mins to Lake Mohave and the river. The home was perfect for our family, six adults and four kiddos and they loved the bunk beds all together in the same room. The mattresses were very comfortable. Will be nice when the pool is done.

Beautiful house

This is a very beautiful house the sunset saguaro theme stays through the house, very cute. This vacation was to enjoy some quality time with my family as it has been a rough year, after finding out my longtime bf of 6 years has cancer we decided to go away and relax together so overall my family and I had a pretty enjoyable stay.

Nice place and close to lake

4 kids, 4 adults and plenty of space for us. Easy boat parking on the street and quick drive to Davis Dam. We launched at Kathrine Landing. Fun times.

Clean, beautiful & great pool/spa!

Our stay was perfect. Newer home was home was well laid out, comfortable, clean quiet and with a great new pool. Yard has a fun put put golf addition, plus the added Casita was a bonus (& had a very comfortable bed!). The home is also VERY close to the River and the casinos. Hosts were gracious, accomodating and communicated quickly. We look forward to staying here again the next time we come visit

Wonderful House!

We had 3 generations of family stay here while we were exploring Lake Mohave and it couldn’t have been better! The house is so cute and well done, everyone had tons of space and privacy, yet we could all be together in the big open great room. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Lots of fun games and things to do. We can’t wait to come back!

Our group had a great time in Bullhead city. Erik/host was very responsive and helpful. Our group enjoyed the backyard/patio/pool area. Owner has done a lot of upgrades outside. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Sunridge home

Excellent property, great manager, extremely responsive. Everything you need is there!! Only suggestion would be to make the use of the hot tub easier, it's not at all intuitive.
