Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Adorable and Great Location

This is our second time staying at the condo and it is so convenient to everything. It’s a great size with two bedrooms and the deck and the pool are amazing. It’s perfect for anyone staying with kids or a few friends. We will definitely be back.

First time not using a hotel so expectations were low but I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the whole unit was! The bedrooms are spacious and the two bathrooms are confident. The beach is within walking distance with a view on the balcony of the pool and the bay! It was cleaner than I thought it would be and we will definitely be back again.

It was OK

The location of this property was great. We had an event to attend at the convention center so being able to walk there was great. The one bed was definitely different from photos in the larger room which was a plus but just not what was listed. The one room had little to 0 lights in it. We had to move a light from living room. There was a very odd smell in there and we all had to take allergy medicine multiple times a day There was no hot water for multiple hours. The

Ok place, accommodation not inline with photos; not the nicest place we’ve stayed at, balcony ceiling had large chunks of paint peeling (only unit in the building in such poor condition), closets had linens and other stuff jammed in them to the point they were not usable (in fact one bedroom closet doors were unable to be opened because of all the stuff jammed in the closet), overall cleanliness was just ok but master bedroom had a metal rat-tail hair comb in the rug pile that almost caused an injury and a used water bottle also on the rug under the bed, spare room tub drain so slow our feet were taking a bath while just taking a shower otherwise the bathrooms were clean, laundry machines old and rusty, we had to vacuum the crumbs off the living room rug otherwise living room couches were comfy though several stains (might be because it’s a beach environment), beds/linen was clean and comfy though some linens had stains , garbage disposal stopped working though ended up working again before we left (it may need maintenance or replacing), Wi-Fi signal seemed weak, dishes/kitchenware needs upgrading and needed to be cleaned before use, a/c worked great, several light bulbs out; overall ok I guess for a beach environment except the peeling paint issue

Sweet little Condo, not very clean

We loved that you could see the pool and the bay from the balcony of this condo. We have been staying at Thunder Island for over 30 years and have stayed in many different rooms but this was our first time going through vacasa. We got there early and went to see if we could check in a little early, the lady told us we would have to come back at 4 per the email, no problem. We went swimming then got everyone out and changed to go check in only to be told once we got there that we didn't need to come to the vacasa office to check in? The email clearly states you have to check in at the office and the lady told me two hours prior that I had to come back? That was frustrating. The bathrooms were still pretty dirty and the floor of the balcony and table on the balcony was gross, but other that that it was fine. We did have to call as the TV was not working but it was quickly taken care of.

Cleanliness of the unit

When I first arrived at the unit, the parking passes were not where I was told they would be. After several calls to Vacasa asking where my permits were they told me to check the whole apartment. This is not acceptable. It should’ve been in one location. They told me to check the top of the refrigerator and when I did, the top of the refrigerator was at least a quarter inch of dust. The sinks and faucets were dirty. Regarding my issue with the parking passes, After my fifth call, the agent told me to go to the Vacasa office and pick up my parking pass because it was almost 5 PM. I was not expecting that.

Wouldn't Stay Again

I wasn't allowed an early check in- yet the rental did not feel cleaned before I arrived, so I am not sure why. Bathrooms very small and dingy and it reminded me of a motel 8. The view of the bay and pool were nice, but you had to walk around the ENTIRE property to get there, if you forgot something you would not want to walk back. Fridge leaked and kitchen floor was soaking wet- management company never came. Location was very hard to find, uber eats even cancelled twice because they couldn't find it. Door passcode was 6-9 digits long, made getting into the rental a pain every time and you have to walk a long dark hallway with a pungent small to get to the rental, Wi-fi was spotty. This is not a place for adults travelling for a nice girl's weekend- maybe a family with young children wouldn't mind. Balcony was the nicest thing about this rental, which may be why it is featured in the pictures.

Very Disappointed

We were unable to get into the condo by the keypad. I had to find the management company on 52 street which was no help. After 2 hrs someone called and told me to go back to the management company and pick up a key. I had to request a 2nd key to be cut because the first one did not work. Once we got inside there were no parking passes or pool passes. Again I had to go back to the office. The outdoor furniture was all broken and unsafe. Shower handle was broken. My husband just went ahead and fixed it so we did not have to deal with the management company again. Save you time and frustration and book another unit and stay away from Vacasa for any rentals.

Condo is great, but VACASA...not so much!

The condo was nice, great view, but lost 40 minutes at check-in because VACASA emailed us the wrong entry code. When I called, nobody seemed to know what was going on! They said to wait there (in the hot hallway) until they had someone call me back! Then the check-in email said we needed a parking permit and pool passes, neither of which were in the room. Their check-in instructions were wrong and misleading, I would not book through them again. As for the condo, it was nice, beds were okay and it was clean. The balcony is large and awesome, over looking the bay. The kitchen is not at all well equipped, I could not cook there, but if your planning to eat out it's fine. The supplies were extremely minimal. We almost ran out of toilet paper, so bring an extra roll and paper towels! We were supplied with less then a hotel would offer. Sorry but the little things do matter. I suggest to the owners that they get a new management company.
