Large part of a semi-detached house with private garden, just 50 meters from the beach of Lido di Tarquinia. In the garden guests have at their disposal a comfortable shaded veranda for outdoor dining, a barbecue and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing after a nice day at the beach. The sandy beach is just a few steps away and offers the possibility to rent umbrellas(for a fee). A part of the beach is also handicapped accessible and in 300 m distance there is also a beach section which is dedicated to our 4-legged friends. Behind the house there is a pine forest and a large public parking lot. Tarquinia and its Etruscan museum is 7,6 km away. It is the center of southern Etruria, outstanding symbol of Etruscan art, with a fascinating medieval old town and important archaeological sites declared World Heritage by UNESCO. For a day trip to Rome: from the train station, 3km away, trains arrive in 45 min in the capital. The location is strategically ideal to visit the Tuscia region located in the northern part of today's Lazio. Civitavecchia and its port is 21 km away, Viterbo with its thermal baths ?Terme die Papi? is 51 km away. The accommodation is arranged on two levels: First floor with large living room with sofa bed (1 person) and dining area, kitchen with direct access to the garden, WC. Second floor: double room with access to the balcony with sea view, double room with balcony and view of the pine forest, bedroom with bunk bed with balcony and view of the pine forest, bathroom with shower. All rooms have mosquito nets.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in fantastischer Lage

Wir hatten sehr schöne 15 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage war fantastisch, der Garten war groß und die Einrichtung war absolut ausreichend.
