Beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 full bath condo facing the sound and only a short walk to the beach. Features also include a pool, a private boat launch to the sound and a boat storage lot. A covered parking area is also available on a first come first serve basis. There is also a game room on the penthouse floor with a pool table, ping pong and fusball table as well as a work out facility
