A newly constructed covered front porch invites you to relax after a day at the beach, while the backyard features a stone patio for alfresco dining or roast marshmallows on the gas fire pit. For stunning sunsets, unwind in the screened-in back porch or have coffee in the morning.

Modern amenities include A/C, Wi-Fi, and two TVs. Take advantage of the community’s two private beaches and dock, perfect for swimming, kayaking, or launching into Padanaram Harbor. If you are interested in a Round Hill beach pass please go to https://www.town.dartmouth.ma.us/ and go to the bottom of the page and click on apply for Permits and fill in the information along with your registration and the lease agreement. Please do this a week before or so before the check in day.
We have a double kayak at the beach for you to enjoy our harbor. (red with the name SIMAS) The house has parking for 3 average size cars. When parking on the street park your car with the wheels on the grass for emergency vehicles to pass.

Super clean and comfy. Renovated and supplied with everything you could need. Pet and family friendly. Easy to communicate with owners who were very responsive and happy to help. Easy walk to little beach at bottom of street or into the village. We got the beach permit to Round Hill and went every afternoon. Close to our family reunion. Loved it!

Great family spot

My husband and four young children stayed here for a week and found the accommodations to be fantastic. I’ve been vacationing in Padanaram every summer since I was a little girl, and I am used to the quaintness of my grandmother’s cottage, so I was a bit apprehensive on renting for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that this home maintains the character of the location. We had everything we needed, and even things we didn’t expect to be provided—beach chairs, shovels/buckets for the children, etc... we would definitely recommend this rental if you’re staying in the area. The beach access and location to town is worth it in and of itself.

All furnished for comfort and relaxation in mind, high end sheets, mattresses, sofas and towels etc. You will fall in love with the back 3 seasonal screened in porch. Cook in the fully supplies kitchen or grill on the Weber grill and eat alfresco on the new stone patio.
