For two families- 5 adults this is a nicely appointed apartment. The main draw back, notably absent in any photos, is a train track running parallel to the flat. Sitting on the patio isn’t as enjoyable with intermittent trains, grinding past. The “wrap around deck “ from the bunk bed room- doesn’t actually wrap around” and sitting there watching the highway or trains doesn’t appeal to your average person, I don’t think. While nicely equipped with a great kitchen that’s very useable, it is unfortunate the close proximity to the train tracks. Comfortable interior living space, nice dining table for a group meal, and overall the building was well maintained. The beach was easy to access- minutes away! Driving into town similarly is easy , 7 minutes so easy to get to the main street etc. while I wouldn’t want an apartment facing the parking lot, I similarly found the 5:00 a.m. train annoying. I think being upfront, honest about the train would have gone a long way.

Well stocked

Location was good . Condo was well stocked with all the necessities. Swimming pool was good. Close to the lake to go for a dip. Underground parking. Nice 3 bedroom unit. Our family had a great vacation !

Great location and pool

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo fit our family of 6 nicely. It was spacious and clean. The location was great and the pool was wonderful. There are a couple maintenance issues that probably should be addressed like both locks on the children’s patio door leading to the 4th floor patio don’t lock. But other than that the stay was great.

Great stay

Place was clean, all instructions where clear. Had one question and got a prompt response. A few small things that could be improved were better quality bedding and toilet paper. The trains in the morning were a little annoying to those sleeping on that side of the building. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay.

The pool was closed the entire time we were there and we booked it because of the pool. The elevator was broken our entire stay and the unit was on the fourth floor!!!!

Considering there is a hefty mandatory cleaning fee applied when booking, we arrived to the property with a sock under the couch and debris and dust under the furniture. The beds were well used and average. The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances. It was off season so the pool wasn’t open, but the hot tub was great!

Excellent for family but could do with extra clean

The location and actual property was great. Excellent for a family to stay. From a cleanliness perspective it could do with a deep clean...we were greeted with nail clippings on the coffee table and a bandaid wrapper on the floor of the bunk room. There are also dust bunnies behind the room doors and some of the utensils were not clean, looks like food baked on. Please deep clean, otherwise great. Also not sure if this gets publically posted, not trying to diss a nice enough property just facts...happy to chat further if needed.

4th floor walk up

Within minutes of arriving the elevator broke down. We were a party of five - 2 seniors, 2 adults and a toddler. Climbing 4 flights of stairs to unload luggage etc and every time we returned to the condo became a real chore. Was not as expected or advertised. Location was easily found but proximity to railroad tracks was not favourable.

We have stayed in these condos before, and in the Armstrong building twice. If you get a unit on the south side like this one, the views in the evening are outstanding. Unfortunately, this unit got off to a bad start with us. The cleanliness was terrible. We swept up 3 pans of dust and hair from the floors, there were visible foot prints on the hardwood, streaks of grease on the kitchen counters, dirty cutlery, other people's garbage in the laundry closet garbage and some pink goo in a fridge drawer we had to clean out with lysol wipes. While management offered to send cleaners again the next day, we needed to clean things up immediately ourselves to be comfortable on our first night and cleaners the next day was going to be very inconvenient. There was also a fair amount of disrepair around the unit, the vacuum didn't work, the towel rack in one bath room hanging by a thread, the large lamp in the living room being damaged at is base and very tippy, the lock on the sliding door of the room with the boat book shelf didn't work (I fixed), the mentioned book shelves being unsecured and tippy, a stool also in that room with a broken leg and propped up to look ok and the lint traps in the washer I had to clean out and looked like they hadn't been for ages.Comm's with the mgmt company I'm pretty sure were a bot as the responses seemed canned and insufficient even rude if they were a human.

The condo was clean, well-equipped, and offered beautiful views of both the lake and the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The only minor suggestion is regarding the parking garage. There is no signage indicating the maximum vehicle height clearance, which could help guests avoid contact with the open garage door. It was not a significant issue for us, but adding this information would be a helpful improvement. Communication was great and always there to help if needed.

Excellent Condo

This is a great little condo in Invemere. The property has everything you need and is located next to the beach which you can walk to. Property owners responded very quickley to any questions. Condo was clean and I would not hesitate to staff there again.
