Apartment on the 1st floor of a village house. Accessible by about ten steps. 1st floor: entrance, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room with WC (walk-in shower). 2nd floor: kitchen opening onto a balcony, living room. Ski room with laundry room on the ground floor, accessible from outside the cottage. Modern duplex apartment combining charm and comfort. A bright living room with exposed beams adds character and a warm ambiance. A beautifully equipped kitchen. Comfortable apartment at the gateway to Haute-Maurienne, in the heart of the village of Villarodin-Bourget. In winter, numerous ski resorts are nearby: Aussois 5.9 km away, La Norma 6.4 km away, Valfrejus 12.5 km away. Sardières Nordic area 10 km away and Bessans 34 km away. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails start from the cottage. Plan d'Aval dam 12 km away. Gateway to the Vanoise National Park via the Orgère 20 km away. Shops and services in Modane.
