A large Charente house over 300 years old , carefully renovated since 2001, La Goronière combines old-world charm with modern comfort , to guarantee a pleasant, relaxing and friendly stay.
Composed of two gîtes (200 m² and 100 m²), it can accommodate up to 12 people , in the heart of a natural, calm and private environment, with a large garden and a heated swimming pool .

You will be charmed by its bright 70 m² living room , including:
A fully equipped open kitchen A large, warm living room with television and fireplace A veranda / dining room with a magnificent view of the garden Two mezzanines :One with two single beds (90 cm) The other is converted into a games room with billiards and board games. On the ground floor:
Two bedrooms with direct access to the garden A spacious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower

A soft and cocooning atmosphere, under magnificent exposed beams , with a breathtaking view of the countryside and the impression of living in the heart of a flowering wisteria .
It includes:
An open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining room A cozy living room with television and pellet stove A large 14 m² bathroom A laundry room with washing machine and wardrobe Two attic bedrooms :One with 1 double bed Another with 1 double bed and 2 single beds
