Welcome to this 350 mÂČ XXL chalet, located in Champagny-le-Haut, in the heart of unspoilt natural surroundings and at the foot of the Vanoise National Park. Nestled in a peaceful setting with breathtaking views of the highest peaks in Savoie, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends, in summer or winter.

Le plan et l’adresse fournis n’étaient pas les bons, nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s face Ă  des personnes qui Ă©taient dans le chalet qui nous avez Ă©tĂ© indiquĂ© dans le message transmis avant notre arrivĂ©e.En ce qui concerne l'Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral du chalet, il en ressort qu'il est vĂ©tuste et mal entretenu.Nous avons constatĂ© un grand nombre d’élĂ©ments de quincaillerie, de menuiserie et autres cassĂ©s : Voici la liste non exhaustive des dysfonctionnements et dĂ©gradations :- Rideaux de velux.- Prise murale chambre Ă©tage.- Divers verrous et poignĂ©es de portes ou de fenĂȘtres.- Plinthe dĂ©collĂ©e dans l'angle de l'escalier 1er Ă©tage. (Dangereux)- Bord de plan de travail vermoulu et dĂ©collĂ©.- Carrelage du sol de la salle Ă  manger cassĂ© et dĂ©collĂ©.- Buse fond jacuzzi cassĂ©e. (Fond recouvert d’une pĂ©dicule grasse)De plus, un dysfonctionnement gĂ©nĂ©ral du rĂ©seau et de la rĂ©ception des chaĂźnes de tĂ©lĂ©vision ne nous a pas permis d’utiliser ces Ă©quipements. La conciergerie a Ă©tĂ© informĂ©e de cela, rien a Ă©tĂ© modifiĂ©.Il faut relever un manque de rĂ©fection en particulier dans les salles de bain et le jacuzzi. Le dessous et l’arriĂšre du mobilier n’a semble t’il pas vu d’aspirateur depuis des mois voir des annĂ©es, nous l’avons constatĂ© en devant rĂ©cupĂ©rer des Ă©lĂ©ments de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© que les enfants avaient Ă©parpillĂ©s. Pour conclure nous avons dĂ» maintenir la pression sur l’un des vĂ©lux d’une des chambres lors d’un orage en pleine nuit pour ne pas que le lit soit trempĂ©.

Het is een heel mooie vakantiewoning en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren er met 11 en daardoor was het huis lekker ruim. Bij een volle bezetting zullen sommige kamers wel wat krap zijn, vermoed ik. Het huis was goed schoon en de keuken was goed voorzien. Inchecken was ideaal d.m.v. een sleutelkluisje. Dat werkt tijdens het verblijf ook heel fijn met een groep, omdat je niet tegelijk terug komt. Zo zit je nooit zonder sleutel.Champagny-le-Haut is een leuk, klein en rustig dorpje. Je loopt in een minuut of 5 naar de skibus. Dat werkt prima, maar in het laagseizoen rijdt hij slechts 1 keer per uur en je bent toch al gauw een half uur bezig om bij de gondel te komen.
