Our cozy beach apartment is in the BEACHFRONT residential resort of BONITA VILLAGE, an oasis located in Playa Las Ballenas, Las Terrenas.

The location is perfect for short or long vacations, close to everything Las Terrenas has to offer. At the same time you will experience the peaceful and natural environment you need to relax and fully enjoy your stay.

The beach lies a few steps from your door, right in front of the central pool of our residential complex. Welcome to the best of both worlds.

Wonderful Stay

The location of the Apt was perfect for us, far enough from the town to avoid excessive noise but close enough to get anything you want. The proximity to the beach as well was just amazing. The kitchen was great and the bedrooms large. There is security and the grounds were well kept and clean. We had some minor hiccups but we were able to contact the person in charge easily who rectified the situation. We look forward to returning to this property shortley.

Excellent location

We stayed in Bonita Village which is extremely close to the beach. The gardens and property around the complex is lovely. There is some standing water so there are mosquitoes even though they spray to keep them away.The apartment is older but in reasonably good condition. There was a damp smell so it all needed a good airing including the kitchen cupboards. Afterwards, it was much better.The kitchen is original as are the bathrooms but everything was functional. The hot water in the shower was off and on, so that was a bit frustrating.There could be some upgrades that would make this place truly great. We really appreciated the help that Eduardo gave us. He was amazing.We were also grateful for the backup power so that we were not affected by the electrical outages which did not last long.All in all, we enjoyed our stay once we got used to everything.Thank you.

wonderful in every aspect!

my husband and I have been travelling and renting with vrbo all over the world and I have to admit this was one of the best experiences. The place was extremely clean and pleasantly decorated with an amaizng view of landscaped grounds. Bonita village is a real gem at the end of the Playa Ballenos, you just go out though the back gate. The whole complex is well secured with guards at all the gates. Cristina and Raymundo were amazing hosts, responsive promptly to anything we needed or asked about. We loved the stay so much that we wanted to buy one of the units, but there is a waitlist for them! So I guess we will be back renting this one. Highly recommended!
