House was in a nice area and felt very safe. We were able to walk to local restaurants for meals. Also metro/subway was a short walk away which we took to the world cup soccer game. House was also big and everyone had lots of space.

Came to Philly for a girls trip. The location was great and the place was clean. A few things were broken (kitchen cabinets, cracked toilet seats) but we would stay here again!

We had a great stay. Everything was easy, including the check-in/check-out process. So much easier than a hotel given that we needed 4 bedrooms. The location was great, with easy access to the subway, which we used each day that we were there. Definitely would stay there again!

Great location, very walkable. Large enough to accomodate 8 of us comfortably. Three of the rooftop chairs were broken, which was a disappointment as the view was lovely. We'd stay there again.

Perfect Place!
