The Space:

Sometimes our guests say it better than we ever could - "We absolutely love Hilton Head and Sea Pines!! Every time we come, we stay in this same villa, and we love it, always VERY clean and feels just like you're at home. We love how close it is to the Salty Dog and the little shops... another plus is you're just right across the street from the beach. What more could you ask for? We will be choosing this villa for many years to come for our stay."



This lovely second floor villa sleeps six, offers peaceful landscape views, and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The beautifully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space ideal for preparing meals at home during your vacation. The open living area extending out to the balcony is bright and comfortable for a crowd! The primary suite features a king-sized bed and a spacious, updated bathroom. The second bedroom provides 2 twin beds and is just across from the gorgeous hall bathroom. This villa is situated between the Calibogue Sound, the inlet of Braddock Cove, and the always-entertaining South Beach Marina Village.



From another guest - "This villa was beautifully decorated with attention to little details - there were even turtles on the door pulls in the kitchen! It was fully stocked with anything we needed, including a hair dryer or night light and we were provided with plenty of linens/towels and soap, etc. The bed was super comfy, and the large master bathroom was very welcomed. It felt just like home. The villa location was perfect for us...steps from the Salty Dog Marina, beach, tennis, pool, bike rental. The sunsets were beautiful over the Calibouge Sound. We really enjoyed how quiet the location was compared to the rest of the island. It was paradise! We can't wait to return."

* 1665 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 2nd floor, B stairwell. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

* 1665 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 2nd Floor, Stairwell B. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors, including first-floor villas.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

Great place, great spot

Fantastic vacation spot for a family of four. The island is beautiful, and being at South Beach near the intercoastal and the ocean is perfect. We enjoyed good bike rides — you do need to be in decent shape for the long ones — to other parts of the island. The management company was responsive to a few questions. Overall, highly recommend this property and the property management company.

A 5-minute walk from both the beach and Salty Dog. Is a perfect location. Wish the pool would have been open because the weather was amazing. The only downside was that the trolley was not running to South Beach Marina. Look up the schedule if it is something you like to use.

Location can not be beat. 2 minute walk to Salty Dog. Short walk to the sound, a bit further to the ocean. Condo was nice and clean, plus all the necessities you need. The appliances are showing some wear, but to be expected with a rental. Overall a great condo, well worth the cost.

Excellent Location Near South Beach Marina

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Easily walkable to the beach and Salty Dog restaurant group. Clean, well equipped kitchen. No ice maker but enough ice trays and proved Yeti ice packs the cooler was not a problem. We were there for a tennis tournament so walked to the South Beach racquet club. Only a 10 minute ride to the main Sea Pines RC. Highly recommend this property.

Close to Salty Dog

Beautiful accommodations, except washer/dryer was not usable and the phone in the master bedroom had to be unplugged because the cord looked like it was going to catch on fire - it was already brown. Very close to Salty Dog, within walking distance, which was very nice. As indicated, you have to walk across the street to get to the beach, but it wasn't that bad.

Loved the place, clean, comfortable furniture and convenient. Couple of recommendations…..change the handles on the refrigerator to open toward the counter/sink. Easy fix. Also offer a recycling bin. All the sustainability talk but I still threw away my plastic water bottles. The TV is slow…,..to react. Frustrating. Access to the beach was great and would rent again.

Everything was great until it wasn't

Upon checking that all appliances were in working order,we discovered that the fridge wasn't working and hadn't been for at least a couple of days. After pretending they didn't know about the situation and then later admitting they were aware and going back and forth we received a mini fridge that froze all of our things and 20% compensation. They charge $34 for the gate pass when you can get them for $2] at the gate

Great Weekend Getaway

We are regulars to Hilton Head, but this is the first time we stayed for a long weekend instead of a full week. Taking a chance, we rented this 2 bedroom condo last minute & so happy that we did. The unit is on the second floor, very quiet and the door code was easy to use. Once we opened the condo door & stepped inside, we were welcomed with a very nice beach bag (that we were told to take home with us) water & a small vase of flowers along with a handwritten note in the kitchen. The personal touch was not only unexpected but made a great first impression. The entire condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Beach towels are provided as well as quality products such a foaming hand soap, dishwasher & washer pods, extra blankets/towels & paper products. There were even beach chairs in the front closet! Huge bonus! The location is across the street from the beach & a short walk to the Salty Dog. Communication was excellent and all instructions were sent ahead of time. There is even an app to use, which made referencing information on your stay, local suggestions, places to eat and things to do at your fingertips. Check in/check out was easy & nothing out of the norm. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this rental to others. Thank you so much!

It is great not to have to pack things like beach towels (which were a nice addition this year), kitchen items such as aluminum foil, cooking spray and every gadget you can think of! The location is perfect to watch the evening sunset, grab a cold beverage at the Salty Dog, play pickleball or tennis and just enjoy all of what Sea Pines/South Beach has to offer. It's nice and quiet at night and very safe. I can't wait to return!

Very misleading and should be noted in the description. To get to the ocean it was 2 trolley stops and very much a pain. You cannot drive your vehicle and park at the beach club for beach access until after 3pm. this should also be noted.Not having an elevator was painful in carrying all of our stuff up steps
