2 Pools are open!!!! Currently there are NO TENNIS COURTS and the community is undergoing maintenance and renovations. Any persons entering this building does so at their own risk. Holds harmless the property owner, rental management, & condo association for any injuries that may occur. Construction is ongoing & fluid. You will hear/see heavy construction equipment, workers present, loud noise, concrete work. Our rates per night are reduced to accommodate this. There will be no additional discounts given.
Owner will be in communications with renter about status updates.

The bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer for renters convenience. The kitchen is also fully stocked. Bonita Beach and Tennis Club offers two pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and bocce courts. 3 day minimum rental for this property. The condo is located across the street from Doc's Beach House and a short walk to Coconut Jack's.
