This unique home also features a crystal-clear swimming pool with a backdrop of lush greenery trees, front and back patios, dedicated workspace, fully equipped kitchen and a large patio port for ample covered parking. Clean, fresh rooms designed with your comfort in mind include hotel grade bedding.
Located three minutes from Downtown “Old Town Scottsdale” and Skysong, hip restaurants, nightlife and entertainment, and one block from an expansive greenbelt featuring miles of outdoor hiking and biking with scenic mountain views and picturesque lakes. This Location has all you need for a dynamic and energetic stay! In the afternoons, you can enjoy the serene coolness of the sparkling pool. Note: This property has a pool and guests must assume 100% responsibility for the safety of children and travelers who cannot swim. Pool is not heated

Enjoy the home, bedrooms a nice size, plenty of living areas. The only thing the master bathroom is very very small, I could barely move in the shower (I’m consider slim) and it smells old or maybe water is leaking somewhere, which was the reason for the nets. Other than that, I would rate it a 5 star !

The house style and size were perfect for my wife and I. Location was good but does share an alley with a car dealership so there is some noise in the backyard. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house and the pool was pretty dirty and was not able to use though pool cleaner did show up on last day and would be good for the next guest

Good location for Scottsdale/Tempe area with nice backyard

The location was convenient for driving to Scottsdale and Tempe areas. The backyard is large and nice. The pool is nice (even though it was too cold for us to use it). The firepit patio furniture was very comfortable. The inside could use some sprucing up as far as some paint on the walls. The furniture in the fireplace/living area is very low to the ground. It is very difficult for 50 year olds to get off of. 20 year old could get up just fine. The sofas in the other living area were comfortable. The beds were lower to the ground than normal but perhaps this is just the style of the home. There is plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had all of the amenities one would need. Property management was very responsive and communicative. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that we thought it could use some easy sprucing up (painting) and the very low to the ground furniture.
