WHITE OAK AVENUE #1 (Sleeps 6/1030 Sq Ft) $135 per night ($W125) ON THE ISLAND! Two-bedroom condo with two full baths. Master bedroom has KING BED, private bath, 32-inch LCD TV. Second bedroom has queen bed and 32-inch LCD TV. Living/dining area has FIREPLACE, queen size sleeper sofa, 48-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, vaulted ceiling and sliding glass doors to a deck. CLOSE TO THE RECREATION CENTER (the pool at the recreation center is private and not available for guest use, but other activities are available for guest use for a fee) and nine-hole golf course and marina. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. There is an external security doorbell camera.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events.

Very good place to stay
The property was very clean and well stocked. It was very easy to find. Google maps took us right to the property with no problem. There is a grocery store, Dollar General and gas station near by. We had a great stay and would stay with them again.
