The unit was in a great location. It was clean and had a lot to offer. The couch was not comfortable. The main mattress was very very firm.

RBC week

This villa was the perfect setting for the RBC golf tournament. When not spectating at the course, I had a spectacular view of Harbor Town and the lighthouse from the patio. The villa is quite nice. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. And the owners have left plenty of extras to enjoy while you’re relaxing at the villa.

Very thoughtful host, excellent location.

The host really thought of everything when it comes to this condo. Bottles of wine available for guests, full kitchen and coffee bar, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs a wagon and all the beach toys kids could need we’re also available. Our family had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back to this unit in the future. Thank you!

Did not disappoint,will be back!!!

To keep it short and sweet, it was a fantastic trip to HHI and my first time staying in Sea Pines. My only complaint is the and this has nothing to do with the property/owner but the community pool could use some work and some cleaning. The villa was great and they have thought of everything for you. We will definitely be back next year!!! The location is great.

Great little place

This was a great condo. Everything was as described. The walk to beach was less than 2 minutes. Very quiet, secluded area away from traffic and busy areas. Twin beds were much more comfortable than the king bed which was pretty firm. Hosts had thought of everything... beach chairs, beach toys, shade, cart, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Fun with Sisters

We loved this condo and it was perfect for me and my two sisters. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and well stocked and the looked new. We had trouble figuring our washer and dryer but we are all seniors citizens. We loved that it was on the ground level. We would love to stay here again😊

Good condo, but had some dislikes

The condo was beautiful, but our biggest issue was the smell. We're not sure if someone before us smoked, but that's what it smelled like. It smacked us in the face every time we walked in. We also wished they had stand-up fans available for the really hot, sticky nights. There are no ceiling fans, so a box fan even would have been nice. Otherwise, the master bed was CRAZY comfy and the master shower is wonderful! Loved the layout and the decor and the view!

Thank you for your feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you found the condo beautiful, loved the layout, decor, view, and found the master bed to be exceptionally comfortable! We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant smell you encountered. We maintain a strict no-smoking policy, and we will be investigating this issue to ensure it doesn't happen again. Additionally, we appreciate your suggestion about having stand-up or box fans available for those hot, sticky nights. We will consider adding these to enhance our guests' comfort. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we're glad to hear about the aspects of the condo you enjoyed. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even more pleasant stay. Nice villa, enjoyed our stay, but

The good: -Great location -Lovely villa -Well equipped -Very clean The bad: -The rental company (Host2Coast) was not helpful when I asked what kind of coffee maker was in the unit. We brought our own Keurig and ground coffee to be sure we could make coffee, hot chocolate and tea. -The security code to access the villa that we received was incorrect. We had to call after hours to get the correct information. The person we contacted was helpful and solved the problem quickly.

Jo Ann, Thank you for staying with us. We are happy that you enjoyed our villa! We are sorry that you found our answer unhelpful. You asked us to be specific, and then we wrote, " Good morning, Jo Ann! There will be a drip coffee maker in this villa! We also provide some sugar/Splenda packets as well! Let us know if you have any more questions!" I am happy later that we were able to help you get the correct code to enter your villa. The codes change per stay, and sometimes there is a glitch. But again, I am happy you found our service quick and helpful - especially after hours! We invite you back again, so we have another chance to give you the full 5-star stay you deserve! Our stay at Bluff Villas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were visiting Hilton Head for the first time, from California, to attend a Sea Pines wedding. The villa at 1753 was perfect for our needs; close to the wedding events, lovely view, and very quiet. While we largely used the kitchen for morning coffee, it was quite well stocked. And having already spent some days in Savannah, it was nice to have the washer/dryer for our use. I highly recommend this villa.
