Modern Home close to SoFi Stadium, LAX & Beaches

Summary:

Welcome to our Morningside newly renovated home! We are located less than 5 minutes from the SoFi Stadium, Forum, local beaches and amazing restaurants! Entertain family and friends with fun games, a brand new pool table and a projector to watch sports games or stream the latest Netflix films!



The pool is not secured by a fence, please note that if you have children or infants to please watch them at all times. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.



No smoking policy!



The Space:

The space features 3-bedrooms and 4-bathrooms with a large living room and backyard with pool and BBQ! The kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake, and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in a separate dining room for up to 4 guests. Indulge in a morning cup of coffee with our Keurig coffee machine.



The backyard features a large pool, BBQ and private changing area and bathroom. There is tons of street parking as well as two parking spaces in the driveway. Enjoy local farmers market snacks, a bottle of wine and concierge services are provided at check-in!

Private access from either the front of the home or the side of the home.

Close to SoFi Stadium, The Forum and amazing restaurants!



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyft, Private Car Transfer via Empire CLS



Other Things to Note:

No smoking policy! There will be a $1,000 dollar charge for any smoking on the premises.



Any guests hosting an event/gathering over 10+ people will have an additional fee of $35 dollars per person.



Please no parking on the driveway, blocking the sidewalk. We have neighbors that are handicapped and will call to have the car towed if they see cars blocking the sidewalk.

Beautiful home

This home was everything we imagined and it was very cozy. We did have a scare one night when we returned to the home, the front door was open but no one was inside and nothing was stolen or vandalized. Also the sliding door latch had broken and the door was not locking but once I reached out the owner handled the issue right away and sent someone out to fix it immediately. We were safe and the neighborhood seemed like a very family-oriented environment. I had a great time and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect Family Vac Spot + ALL AMENITIES

Perfect location, close to everything in either direction. Spacious home with all of the perks! Loved we were able to include our furry family member! Loved the parking was enclosed, AC and a security system for extra safety! Would HIGHLY recommend this property for any family or business trips in this area. Look forward to our next stay here! Great Experience

Super awesome house.! Brittany was super great at communicating with me. Super helpful and super attentive.! Weather was a bit cool so we couldn’t job in there beautiful pool for too long. Everyone in my party was wowed!!! Stay here you won’t regret it.! At of all the places I have rented this is definitely in my top 2.

I will definitely recommend this place,location is perfect neighborhood is very nice and quiet not far from LAX house is very clean also has a beautiful pool .Brittany is wonderful she will answer any questions you have like she did with my family

Most amazing host

Brittany was absolutely fantasic. Our stay was everything we expected. Brittany checked in with us frequently and accomodated our needs. The place was so great we extended our stay with Brittany twice! If you need to stay somewhere this is the place!

Perfect LA Beach and SoFi Stadium place

Nice newly remodeled house. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood close to LAX. Easy to get around to all the places on the ocean. Easy walk to SoFi stadium. Brittany was a super host and knows all the great restaurants and places to visit. Highly recomend.
