Nice place to stay roomy enough for seven of us only thing some of theTV remotes were missing .in the game room. a lot of The pieces were missing to the games and to the pool table otherwise in that a very good trip Big yard and private driveway.

We had plenty of room, everything was nice and clean. Fresh towels and linens. We had everything we needed. The host communicated well and was very responsive. We had a small issue and he took care of everything to our satisfaction.

The house was generally as described in the listing and provided the space and amenities we expected for our stay. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was straightforward.That said, cleanliness could have been better upon arrival. While the property was not dirty enough to ruin our stay, it did not feel as thoroughly cleaned as we anticipated.The thermostat was set to 78F prior to our arrival. On a particularly hot day, it took several hours for the house to cool down to a comfortable temperature, so guests arriving during warmer weather may want to keep that in mind.Overall, the property matched the description, and we were happy with our stay.

Very convenient! Quiet area, big fenced in back yard! My kids loved the game room. The location was perfectly central for our plans for the week! The kitchen floor had a little something sticky on the floor but I just wiped it up. Other than that it was super clean and way above what we hoped!! Thanks so much. We had an amazing time!

It was a wonderful stay great host property was well taken care of. House was clean and amenities was ok the only thing that stood out was tvs need a password to log in and out of apps other than that GREAT stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay for the weekend down the street from the casino. Great location and communication was good.

The cleaning could have been a little more better just a lot of dust around. Also the house had a smell to it like moisture. The outside furniture needed to be clean as well. The master bedroom bed had a lean to it which cause you to roll into the middle of the bed. Most of the games was broke or missing pieces. But overall it was in a convenient location and we went to see family and friends so we didn’t spend much time in the home.

The host was amazing and communicated well. They thought of just about everything for our stay and the house was well maintained and comfortable. The games in the game room were a nice addition but need a little touch up as some things were missing or didn’t work. However, that did not take away from the stay. Large yard was great for the kids to play in. I would return for another trip if in area again.

We had a wonderful stay at this David and Shana’s rental in Portsmouth, Virginia. The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect place for a family getaway or a trip with a group of friends. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming.The house featured three spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms that provided plenty of space and convenience for everyone in our group. The kitchen was a great size and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, and modern appliances.One of the things we appreciated most was that there were TVs in every room, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their own entertainment. The home also had a comfortable and inviting living room, a fun game room that kept everyone entertained, and an outdoor entertainment area that was perfect for gathering, unwinding, and spending quality time together. We also had a washer and dryer and an iron board!! Our guest also loved the packed up towel and wash clothes so they could take it to the bathroom! Wonderful touch! Overall, this Vrbo exceeded our expectations. It offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and entertainment, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Portsmouth area. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean home, bedrooms and bathrooms well set up. Nice kitchen/living area, reasonably stocked though not eating supplies for 8 people (utensils, plates etc). Workable laundry room. Few areas that need attention from my families experience:1. Listing says sleeps 8, with the expected last room being futons/sofa beds in living area. Noticed when staying that listing pictures differ slightly from what we encountered. This made adapting our sleeping situation with young children challenging. This should be accurate and feel as if this was not honestly reflected. 2. Games room, appeared a shell of what it may have once been. Not actively being maintained right. Incomplete 8 ball pool set, incomplete air hockey set. Maybe 1 workable dart. Table tennis setup in poor condition. This was literally 90% of the options in that room. Arcade game, works great. The way the air hockey / table tennis board was stored on the wall could be dangerous for young children. 3. Yard, not cut on our arrival day but dealt with unprompted by the following day. An old soccer goal not usable in present condition One shed door broken off, and due to that, shed evidentially stacked with old furniture and not blocked off, not family friendly. Grill not easily usable, in dirty condition with burnt leftovers from a prior guest. Sun loungers as advertised in listing photos not present
