The main room is designed for everyday living. You’ll find a lounge area with a comfortable sofa for watching TV and a dining area for two. The kitchen is fully equipped: with its hob, microwave, Nespresso machine and, best of all, a dishwasher, you’ll have everything you need to cook your own meals just like at home.

The separate bedroom features a large queen-size bed (160x200) with high-quality bed linen provided. For your everyday belongings, cupboards allow you to unpack your suitcases and get organised with ease.

The bathroom includes a bath for relaxation and a washing machine, an essential for a stay of 30 days or more.

Located just 4 minutes from the metro, you’re a stone’s throw from the Seine, the Île de la Cité and the best bakeries in the neighbourhood.

The flat has high-speed Wi-Fi for remote working and is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

All that’s left for you to do is settle in and enjoy your own Parisian experience.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
