We have just added a private pool & Spa and a 5 th bedroom suite(3/12/25),We have not updated the video yet but have added a few photos. AC in all rooms of home. 5 master suites with private bathrooms, each with a private lanai. Gourmet Kitchen, Large lanai deck for BBQ and entertaining. 10 minute walk to famous Brennekes beach and restaurant. 10 min walk the other direction the Grand Hyatt and its fabulous beach and restaurant. Completely fenced back yard with Private Pool & Spa. The sound of crashing waves and soft ocean breezes greet you from every room. Guest staying at the rental can also use the facilities at the Poipu Athletic Club, Located just a few minutes drive from the Home, Hours of use are from 7am-7pm The amenities are listed below Resort-style Pool with water-slide & Hot Tub Sand bottom keiki pool area Locker Rooms & Showers Fitness Center / cardio room /weight room / daily group fitness classes, Tennis Courts / 3 Pickleball Courts / 2 Basketball half-courts Shuffleboard / Ping Pong / Lawn Games On-site restaurant, The Cabana Bar & Grill with poolside service

Our home is located across the street from the ocean, Custom home built to take advantage of the ocean views the home provides. Large lot giving the home an Estate feel. Walk to beach and shops, restaurants. If you want to stay on the north shore of Kauai, Look at our Princeville property.

This home is located between the Hyatt and brenneckes beach, both are a 10 minute walk in either direction. quiet nice neighborhood enjoy evening walks along the shore and amazing sunsets. Completely fenced large yard, with a Private Pool & spa, Close to restaurant's and beaches.
