Bright & sunny 2 bed/2 bath condo in Navarre

Enjoy the best of Navarre Beach with a stay at this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo just steps from beach access on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Spend your days splashing in the community pool, playing on the tennis courts, relaxing on the sugar-white sand, or exploring local favorites like Fort Pickens, Gulf Breeze Zoo, and nearby golf courses including Tiger Point Golf Club. This is the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure.

Please note: this second-floor unit requires climbing stairs for access, and there is a unit below, so quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM must be observed. The condo community is called Beachview; however, this unit does not offer a beach view.

A welcome letter with check-in and check-out details, access codes, and condo policies will be emailed 2–4 weeks before your stay. Please note: if the check-out cleaning instructions are not followed and additional cleaning is required beyond normal routine cleaning, an additional fee of up to the full cleaning amount may be charged.

This unit is not pet-friendly. Because this is also our second home and one of our children has allergies, we are unable to accommodate service animals or emotional support animals.

The lodging was centrally located within walking distance from many restaurants and the beach. Upon arrival the lodging was clean, but has minor cosmetic issues in the bathroom (back of door). There was professional and prompt communication with the host as needed. Overall, I would recommend this location for rental.

The hosts were really excellent! We had a few problems with some beach chairs and they offered to send us some new ones, but when they realized they wouldn’t come promptly they offered to have us go purchase what we needed and then reimbursed us right away. The beds were very comfortable, even the futon which our youngest grandson used the entire trip. He said it was really comfy! Plenty of towels, even some really nice beach towels we used daily! And I was very impressed by how many things they provided - hand soap, some shampoos and body soaps, plenty of dishwasher detergent, and even some laundry detergent. The complex was very quiet and had an excellent pool and tennis/pickleball court. And though it’s not beach front, it is the next building back from the beach and the beach was a very convenient short walk over the boardwalk. We found Navarre Beach to be a perfect get away for those who are tired of those other over commercialized beach towns. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the areas are getting a little dated. But they’re obviously in the process of addressing these things as could be seen by the newly remodeled and lovely bathrooms. Wes and Melissa were very very gracious and we definitely rent here again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Navarre Beach. The condo had a swimming pool and tennis courts. The apartment was clean with all the amenities we needed including beach chairs and sand toys. We were practically right on the beach and were able to enjoy fishing, paddleboarding and snokeling.

What makes this property unique

The outside closet is equipped with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to make toting it all to the beach easier. To access the beach supply closet, use the key hanging in the kitchen on the wall. Please leave the key back on the keyring before your departure.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin futon in the master bedroom. Mattress topper cushions, extra pillows, and sheets are located in the closets.
