Great little place that houses a family of 5 comfortably in June of 2026. We stayed here as a halfway between us and the Gatlinburg and to see the ark encounter. The house is nicely decorated and it was enough for us. We'd stay again if ever in this area.
I waited until the last minute to book, and most properties in the area were several hundred dollars more. I worried that this property would be old, outdated, unclean or in an unsafe area. We were all pleasantly surprised! It was clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a weekend away, and it was incredibly easy booking, communication and check out. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. All in all, an exceptional rental.
We enjoyed the set up of the house and location. The floors were tacky and turned our socks black. There were ants in the kitchen but there were traps out. Beds were comfy. Good location, good price, just needs a bit of cleaning.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here! Set in a very quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the area. Highly recommend!
We had such a great stay at this cozy property! The décor is beautiful, the space was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was convenient, and the home had so much charm — truly a wonderful little getaway spot. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
This was hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed in the Georgetown/Lexington area. The house was immaculate, and extremely well stocked. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks, and a very short drive from several nice walking trails. The host was super responsive to questions before our stay, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Every appliance we used was in great working order. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve stayed in, with all the things we needed to cook and eat during our stay. I highly recommend this property, an would 100% stay there again.
