Downtown fabulous reataurants and shopping within 5-10 min walk and 17 min walk to the beach where you can enjoy numerous summer activities such as swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and lots more. Very clean and convenient

The property was really clean and nicely furnished. It is also very conveniently located close to downtown. It’s on the first floor so there was a bit of noise from the upstairs family in the mornings. This was a nice place to stay overall.

Very nice place close to downtown

We always go to the apple fest every year and enjoy the downtown atmosphere , this year we stayed close to downtown and it was an excellent experience! Dog park was close along with everything else .Owner was easy to talk to , clean place and very inviting! Definitely 👍 do it again

In town for a wedding

This was a clean, well stocked, well maintained roomy property close to downtown Chalevoix. Be informed that you are on the main street with limted outdoor seating options. We were in town for a wedding and it was perfect for a comfortable place to sleep and get ready. The walking location to the downtown was great.

Great location—on the main drag, walking distance to town center. Downside—traffic coming and going from town can make entering/leaving the driveway a challenge. Nothing the owners can do, no criticism of the owners—it’s a lovely, clean place—just a heads up to renters. We enjoyed our stay there.

This home was just perfect. We stayed for a wedding at the castle. Thursday thru Sunday. It happened to be Venetian festival at the same time. The house was at a perfect location, walking distance to town, a short drive to the beach and perfect location to the castle. The inside was so clean and updated. Highly recommend

Some positives, some negatives

Positive -Close to Charlevoix -Plenty of parking (2 cars) -Beds were comfortable -Responsive owner -bottle of wine and coffee available for guest. Negatives -I didn’t like the two-story situation. I could hear the people upstairs walking. It wasn’t loud, but it was enough to be annoying. -Limited outdoor space -Had a hard time finding plugs near the bed to plug phones in and no extension cords. -I don’t like stuff left and refrigerators at VRBO’s. I prefer the refrigerator to be clean and empty. -The rental doesn’t get much light. It’s pretty dark most of the day even when it’s super sunny day. -No coffee tables or end tables to put drinks on while watching TV or having conversation. -There’s an entryway that leads to the basement with no lock on it and it feels creepy. -overall fairly clean, however the windows were dirty
