Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The beautiful Emerald Coast beaches are only a 5 minute ride in the included 4 seater golf cart. The Marina and Baytowne Wharf shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away. With access to 2 heated pools (spring/winter), golf courses, tennis courts, fitness center and 7 miles of beautiful beaches, you won't need to leave the area to have an amazing vacation!

Located within the gated Sandestin Resort, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has beautiful views of the community pond, the Bay and the marina. Sandestin is beautifully landscaped and offers golfing, tennis and fitness center(fees apply) as well as access to 2 heated pools, 2 beach access within 5 minutes from the property. It is a golf cart community where you can go to all the shops, restaurants and bars offered at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard- Publix grocery store, wine and liquor stores, shops, restaurants and movie theaters.

Our Happy Place

We have stayed in Sandestin many times, and this is by far our favorite. It’s a great location, very clean and the screened in patio looking at the water was wonderful. I highly recommend this unit!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Golf Trip

Amazing property for a last minute get away. Husband and son played golf all weekend while I relaxed on beach and enjoyed shopping. Golf cart was such a plus as we didn’t even leave the Sandestin Resort area. House was just as described. Enjoyed evenings on the patio with fire pit. Loved the screened in porch for fall mornings sipping coffee. Perfect stay!

Fantastic place

Great location in the complex, kids love the golf cart a lot, loved the layout and decorations (very cute). Great view too. Tracy was extremely kind and really appreciated the help on something we goofed. Thank you! We really appreciated this vacation. Sad we had such a short stay.
