First time in Traverse City and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. We were there for the 4th and Cherry Festival. Excellent location and walking distance to everything - steps away from the fireworks. Unit had everything we needed. Parking garage was right around the block and easy to get in/out. We would rent again for sure!

Great Place

Place was everything we needed. It was just a short stay but the condo was perfectly clean, the parking ramp is a huge plus. Can’t beat the location if you are looking to hang out in town.

Booked this place for a girls weekend and loved our stay! The condo is clean and comfortable. We appreciated the wine and coffee. Check in was easy. It’s downtown so many shops and restaurants are easy to walk to. We highly recommend the crepe shop right below the condo. Great coffee and amazing food! Parking wasn’t too bad at the garage next to the unit. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay in TC was great; the property was a perfect location for both bopping around the downtown area (walkable to several shops & restaurants) as well as being a great central home base for the multiple day trips we took seeing Michigan’s beautiful sites.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was incredibly clean, and showed exactly as represented in the photos. Great location, just steps from the downtown businesses and Katy was was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Roomie condo in a great location to restaurants, coffee, stores, and more. Parking is an extra fee of 20 a night, but convenient and located one minute walk from condo. The management is top notch and they had a cute pie and bottle of wine waiting for us, which we needed after a long drive in a snow storm. Cleanest VRBO ever!

Comfortable Stay In A Great Location

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for our girls weekend (4 people). The location was key, being able to walk to restaurants, shops and out dancing at night. Check-in/out was seamless. Very nice to have the free garage parking with the condo. Definitely will stay here again if back in the area.

Great rental

We had a great time, the property is exactly as advertised and we would be happy to rent again. it was a large space and was great to be able to settle in and not feel crowded. having 2 bathrooms was also a plus if we wanted to get ready in a hurry.

Family holiday vacation

The condo was beautiful and perfect location to walk to everything downtown Traverse City. We would definitely stay again! Our only problem was not receiving the check in or checkout info and having to call the management company to get both.

Color Tour, Wine Tasting, and Relaxation

We truly enjoyed this beautiful home while taking in the vivid colors of the Traverse City area. This location is just one block away from all of the downtown shops and many of the excellent restaurants. It was well-stocked with the basic needs for a weekend stay. We all unanimously agree, it was the perfect get-away for some family bonding and relaxation!
