Great Family Vacation Spot

We had a really nice stay. The condo was perfect for our family and the location was great. A short walk to get to the beach and right on the lagoon which was nice for fishing and bird watching. The condo is at the end of the row of condos so we had a little extra shady yard space and a little extra privacy.

UPDATED HOUSE!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The place was perfect for our family of 6. The beach was easily within walking distance even for our 4 year old. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was super nice, beds were so comfortable, place was clean and ready ahead of time. Close to everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants were close, the property has a lot of things to offer for families to do. The lay out is perfect when you are staying with kids/teens, everyone has their own bedroom and bathrooms. A few things that would make it better would be for them to have 2 beach chairs for the adults to sit in while kids are in ocean, and four beach towels, this would be nice to have because you can't really buy all that and travel easily with them. It would complete what was needed. Everything else was perfect. If we travel to Hilton Head again hands down I would check here first to see if available for our family.

Peaceful condo

Very clean, lovely condo with canal views. It has a fantastic espresso maker that was much enjoyed! Bit of a walk to the beach but overall a wonderful rental. Additionally the rental company was extremely responsive and helpful!! Five stars.

Almost perfect

Great location and mostly renovated. Baths all updated. Furniture needs replacing, old and pretty tired. Also awkward placement for more than 2 people watching TV. Kitchen cabinets are starting to separate and need refinishing. Back deck has rotting boards, concerned about falling through in a few spots very close bring really great….

Excellent Vacation home near the beach

Were very pleased with this villa which was bright, well laid out and very well appointed. As an end unit, it also afforded nice backyard privacy. Location is excellent with access to condo pools across the street and a short walk to the beach. Note the third bedroom with two single beds is a loft with no exterior windows but a window overlooking the living room. It was fine for our 2 grandchildren but adults would likely find it confining. Service from Sunset Rentals was disappointing as one bathroom had not been cleaned on our check-in and they never did respond to a non working TV remote in the Master.

Condo on the waterway

Good location. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful beach at the end of the walk. I would go back. Only request would be better quality paper products.

Refreshing & CLEAN vacation retreat!

We had an amazing experience staying at this gorgeous Villa in Palmetto Dunes! Our family comes to Hilton Head Island every year and believe this must be one of the most upgraded and refreshed rentals on the island - the entire home was newly renovated and CLEAN. The beds were brand-new and extremely comfortable. From the espresso machine to the washer and dryer to the water pressure throughout the home, everything worked perfectly. This villa is a stone’s throw away from the beach, which we walked to every single day with our cooler and beach gear. There is also a beach front pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs if you want to mix things up. One of our favorite features of the Villa was the private deck out back overlooking the lagoon. My husband and I quickly settled into a morning coffee ritual, and dinners at sunset with the family. HIGHLY recommend you stay here. We are already booked to come back next year!
