Small apartment in a residential complex, located on a hill on Lake Maggiore. Small terrace with beautiful view of the lake, equipped for outdoor dining. 3.5 km Luino with beautiful lakeside promenade with bars and typical restaurants and ferries to other picturesque towns on the lake and the Borromean Islands. The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails. 1.5 km Germignaga from where an 8 km footpath and bike path runs mostly along the riverbank. Possibility to order a Wi-Fi modem, a high chair and a crib (payment on site).

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person or bring their own. Up to one pet is allowed.

Unkompliziert und super Aussicht

Unkomplizierter und netter Empfang und Begleitung zum Mietobjekt mit Erklärungen zur Wohnung. Super Aussicht von der Wohnung aus auf den See, Luino und die umliegenden Dörfer. Da etwas abgelegen sehr ruhig und idyllisch, aber ohne Auto etwas mühsam, dafür hat man ein tägliches Fitnesstraining inklusiv. Trotz Handtuchservice keine Abwaschlappen oder Geschirrtücher vorhanden. Der Backofen ist nicht benutzbar, da erzu viel Strom braucht. Gute Unterstützung bei Problemen auch spät Abends. Sind bemüht, einem den Abnahmetermin so passend wie möglich zu geben und haben die vereinbarten Zeiten eingehalten. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr entspannen können und haben die Spaziergänge ins Dorf / an den See sehr genossen.
