Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. We're following all CDC guidelines to disinfect & clean.

THIS HOME FEATURES:

- Keyless entry (no key to carry around)

- Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glasses. Appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave.

- Coffee maker and blender are also available. Starter pack of Coffee and sugar are provided.

- Living room has Smart TV with plenty of apps for your enjoyment and a Pool Table!

-Work space available in the master bedroom

- High-speed internet

- Laundry room with washer and dryer and laundry supplies

BEDROOMS
- Master bedroom features a King size bed and CONVERTIBLE SOFA, Smart TV, double sinks and walk-in closet. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner provided for your convenience.

- Bedroom 2 has queen size bed and large closet

- Bedroom 3 has queen size bed

Fans are also in every room!

- Backyard features a sparkling pool, covered patio with outdoor dining set, lounge chairs and BBQ grill.

- Pack-n-play baby crib and a high chair are also available.

Fantastic home in a great location.

Clean home with a very comfortable beds. Great location, not too far from the strip or outdoors activities. The check in was easy and the home was just as advertised.

The house itself is very clean and spacious, the outdoor area is what made this place amazing. It might not be big but the pool is deep enough for adults to enjoy a swim. The master bedroom is huge as well and the two other rooms are perfect for guest or kids

Clean, quiet, and convenient.

Super nice place. Neighbors nearby are car guys if you're into that sort of thing. Was nice seeing the not so busy side of Vegas.

Overall a nice place to stay. Some things to consider though. There were small ants throughout the house; mostly in the main areas (front door, kitchen, living room). House is as pictured with the expedition of patio area/furniture. Pretty run down and full of algee/black growth on chairs. The couches in the living room are very uncomfortable and double as a pull of bed. We sat at dining room table because we were more comfortable to socialize. Thankfully we weren’t using them as pull out beds as it would have been terrible. The thermostat was controlled remotely and could go between 74-78 degrees. So made the night still pretty warm, especially for the littles. The pool is not heated (which we knew) but something to remember if planning on swimming with littles. It was 105 degrees out during our stay and the pool was still pretty chilly.

The house was very nice, the pool was amazing! It’s not heated but it was still lots of fun. We had some minor issues but the host was awesome made sure we got the things we needed. I loved the location a lot. It was away from the hustle that comes with Vegas which made it that much better. I recommend the property, the neighborhood was very nice and close to anything you would happen to need. Until next time
