We enjoyed our stay very much.It is very comfortable and well equipped, I think the kitchen could do with a deep clean and dump all the leftover stuff in the refrigerator, overall it suited our needs very well as it was only a 5 minute walk to our brothers house, would definitely stay here again should we come back, thank you.
This is the third time we’ve stayed at this place, and each time it has been a wonderful relaxing experience. It is spacious, cool, sparkling clean, located close to Bellow Falls wonderful Village Square. It is roomy enough to feel that you can relax in various different rooms. Kitchen as well stocked, can’t say enough good about it. Our Host was available and Friendly the entire time. AND, it’s a walk to Dari Joy for the Best lobster rolls this side of Portland, Maine.
We stayed in Bellows Falls as a halfway for a weekend skiing at Stratton. Kim's place was great! Excellent communication, everything was as expected and was very homey! Would definitely stay at Kim's again!
It was the perfect place to relax and forget about the honey-do list waiting for us back at home. Kim was extremely fast to respond and easy to work with!
Stayed here following a day of enjoying the fall foliage in the area. Rental was neat and clean. Enjoyed playing a game of pool and catching a movie following dinner and a drink at Donovan's in town.
Perfect location from which to visit Bellows Falls and the Vermont Country Store locations. Having a pizza joint next door was a real plus! Attentive host who handled a communications issue immediately
The listing doesnt do the space justice. It's a lovely property, ample parking, and the host was a great communicator. We were in town for a wedding. The property was close to everything we needed.
Visiting from Long Island for a couple of days of skiing with my kids (14 and 12). Had a great time playing pool and watching movies while reclining in the very comfortable leather couch. We all had full recline seats so perfect to relax in after a day on the slopes. Kim was extremely responsive and helpful and her place is set up very nicely.
We stayed here for three nights. The home is very comfortable. My kids and husband loved shooting pool on the antique pool table. There’s a pizza place next door and we ate from there twice while staying there. The neighborhood is really nice. We went for a nice walk through the neighborhood. People are always walking around in the neighborhood. We would definitely go back!
Very impressed with the communication of the owner and flexibility. I went with my mother and my sister. Sister has MS and often needs later start times and owner accommodated a later check out. Very clean, nicely kept amenities even had things off you forgot to pack them.
Property was great — cute, comfortable, and convenient for a ski weekend. The pool table was a fun way to unwind after skiing, and the kitchen was stocked well enough to cook dinners. After checkout, we received a request for additional cleaning fees related to a claim about a bed. We requested photo documentation and were provided photos showing small, dried spots on the mattress. No photos of wet sheets were provided.A member of our party did improperly dispose of cooking grease outdoors, and we offered to cover any extra cleaning associated with that.Aside from the post-stay cleaning dispute, we enjoyed the property.
