Perfect location for a little getaway for my kids and I. Great location, close to the beach, with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby. Our host provided some excellent recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. Property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!

Our 4th of July weekend was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and very well decorated. AC is new and cold very well. The backyard is precious, and the outside shower very convenient. The entire home is well stocked from the kitchen to the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even a wagon to transport everything to the beach. Tina was great to deal with. Definitely a keeper. Thanks Tina. We'll definitely be back.

Month in the sun!

My wife and I were looking for a month long winter getaway. We had such a great time staying here. The house was so clean and we felt right at home. We went to the beach every day and we would absolutely come back again.

This townhome was everything I expected, and more. The central location is very convenient and I immediately felt at home. The house is cozy and peaceful with beautiful interior design, immaculate, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. I felt as if the house embraced me. I also enjoyed the outdoor shower and an added plus was the fenced in backyard for my dog. Would highly recommend!

Family Spring Break

“Just Beachy” was everything we were looking for this spring break. Clean, convenient, well equipped and super cute. Joyful stay

Just Beachy was a perfect fit for my weekend getaway. The place is clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. It had all the comforts of home at my fingertips. The beds were amazingly comfortable and I enjoyed a great sleep. The outdoor shower and deck was fun and relaxing after a day at the beach. Preston and Tina were great host and they checked on my during my stay. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Preston and Tina for a lovely place to unwind and relax.
