Host went above and beyond in welcoming our family. Instructions were clear cut, entry was seamless, and communication was great. The property itself was as described, alot of thought went into the amenties to make sure guests had what they needed for all seasons of activities. Right on the trail system which was a benefit for us, and then the Heated Garage is a snowmobilers dream. Great host and great property 5 stars!

Next to snowmobile trail & right in town. Could walk to downtown Ironwood or Hurley which was very convenient for our annual adventure. Home equipped with plenty of beds & other games to keep you busy after a good day's ride. All in all, it is what our group was looking for.

Great time! Only wish the property had air conditioning. Upper 80s to mid 90s.

Older duplex with alot of sleeping. Great for a large group. The neighbor Bruce was great. He help my son fix his trailer wheel.

GREAT house for a ski weekend! Close to indianhead and blackjack. Very clean and well. Set up to be able to cook at home. Will definitely stay here again!!! Wonderful people to work with!

Hello, my name is Joe Vaa. My wife Tracy and I have five kids. We all love to snowmobile. We also enjoy the MI area in all seasons. We have this place mainly to snowmobile for ourselves, but wanted to share the place with others who can also enjoy the amenities.

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful 2 story duplex style home (rented as one) so there are a lot of amenities accessible to a whole group. There is fun to be had on the main level with a Bluetooth Jukebox, large table to play games at, foosball table and Golden Tee arcade style game. There is also a 70 inch smart TV in the main level living room and a 65 inch smart TV in the upstairs living room.

There is also a two car HEATED garage so in the cold winter you can wrench on your sleds if needed or to thaw sleds or park vehicle.

Listing states sleeps 16 but there is bed space for 21 people. Main level has two bedrooms and the upper level (duplex part of the home) has 2 bedrooms, sleeping in the living room and a loft area (also counted as a bedroom).

No pets allowed.

No smoking inside.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE and DURING STAY:
If you are there on a Thursday or leaving on a Thursday bring garbage down to the end of the driveway.
Put all garbage in garbage can outside upon departure
Strip sheets off all beds used at end of stay and put in a pile near washer/dryer
Load dishwasher and turn it on prior to leaving so that dishes are done when cleaning crew arrives
