About this property

A villa perfectly located in the Galeretes area in Dènia. A quiet area with views to the sea and which has just been refurbished. The house is distributed all on one floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room of 40 m² with a fireplace and an open kitchen. The beautiful garden and the swimming pool invite you to spend a relaxing holiday. In the outdoor area you will find the swimming pool which has a size of 8 x 4 m, an outdoor kitchen ideal for summer. Inside the property you have at your disposal a parking space for your car. In winter, the house is heated with electric radiators and a fireplace in the living room, in summer there are air conditioning units. The ideal holiday home to enjoy the sun and the tourism in Dènia!

It is only possible to rent from Saturday to Saturday.
All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 250 € by cash/card must be paid as well.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden. Wir waren jeden Tag im Pool. Denia hat uns auch gut gefallen. Einzig die Lage des Hauses war etwas mühsam.

Toller 1-Wochenaufenthalt

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in diesem tollen Haus. Sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere Küche und Grillhütte haben uns super gefallen. Liegt in den Bergen, so dass wir uns E-Bikes gemietet haben.
