About this property

An apartment in the countryside Relaxation and calm near Chinon

The apartment has just been refurbished. Located above our house, it is in the countryside, in a quiet place, close to the forest. The apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, two bunk beds and an extra bed in a mezzanine.
The sofa is convertible and offers a double bed. The windows and velux windows are equipped with roller shutters. The apartment has a small private garden, with chairs, table, living room, and small electric barbecue. The apartment is very pleasant, it is on the hillside, right next to the forest between Lerné and Seuilly.We are between Lerné and Seuilly, 10 minutes from Chinon, 18 minutes from the power plant, 18 minutes from the park centre, 30 minutes from Saumur, 1 hour from Tours, 1 hour 15 minutes from Angers.
Access to the apartment is by an external staircase. The apartment is above our house, but independent.
We will be reachable by message or phone if needed. We are discreet but present in case of problems.
