Amenities include: New deck and privacy fence, fire pit, outdoor seating, bbq grill, GAME GARAGE, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, all new furnishings, bar, etc. all on fully fenced 1+ acres! All basic supplies included with your stay!

PETS WELCOME! Ample parking for all vehicles, trailers, etc.

The one level house is situated on 1.2 acres with a fully fenced backyard that includes a brand new deck with outdoor seating, huge fire pit with chairs, picnic table, hammock, bbq grill etc. The house is 1850 square feet and 4 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a huge detached garage that includes ping pong, TV, foosball, pop a shot, cornhole, darts, bumper pool/poker table, fridge, yard games, etc.! The property is well lit, has plenty of parking, and even includes a small stream! Only 8 miles to downtown Nashville and very close to numerous restaurants, bars, etc.

In town for a wedding. Mom with 4 young adult “kids”When we weren’t involved in wedding activities we had fun in the game room, playing croquet in the huge backyard and hanging out on the huge deck. The location was an easy 18 minute ride from all the fun on Broadway, down town Nashville. Great stay!!! Roomy but also cozy and comfortable!

Windows don’t lock, no AC or heat in the game room. Broken games, lost parts, moldy smell (game room) outdoor fire pit chairs are about to fall apart. Pots and pans are in bad shape and are dirty. Mattresses are old, there are not many towels. Oven is filthy, turning it on would’ve cause the house to fill with smoke. We saw several roaches. No TV’s in bedrooms. This place reminded me of a Frat house. Great for parties, not so great for families. The dining room table only seats 6-8, no way it will seat 12. House needs work before it’s rented again.

My family and I stayed for 4 days. I have a rather large family, 3 teens, a preschooler, a toddler, and an infant. My husband, myself and my mother in law. We had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. This home offered many activities. The game room was perfect for all the boys. Their room was on the opposite side of the house which provided them thier own private space. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and there was a Walmart and plenty of stores around for whatever you may need. The home was well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, fans, blankets, etc. Very pleased with my stay. 10/10 Would stay here again if i visit Nashville again. Also the beds were very comfortable.

Location was great. Lots of room. We enjoyed our stay for the most part.The floors were very dirty.The grass was long and many huge limbs had fallen.Many of the games in the garage were broken.The fireplace had bricks that had fallen out.Both outdoor trash cans were full to overflowing when we arrived.When I told the host that the Xbox was broken, he just said someone must have broken it. No attempt to correct it.

This was my first time actually booking an VRBO, and to say I was pleased is truly an understatement! Austin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable as can be, and even brought over new games mid-week! Like how freaking cool! - I could genuinely go on and on, this stay was top tier, from coziness, to comfort, to having a safe place for baby to sleep (heck yeah had a pack and play), to creating all the most amazing memories for my sons first family reunion! I 100% recommend this stay, you won’t be disappointed.

This was a perfect locale for 5 adults and 2 doggos

We had a wonderful stay and I could not have asked for a better situation for Gramma, mom, dad, two adult daughters and our large dogs. Clean, well appointed and a nice established neighborhood where we felt safe walking our dogs as well.
