The locks are brand new SMART LOCKS system. It allows you to have a new code for your stay and if need extra codes let me know. They are changed after your stay so never have to worry someone else has the same code.
There is also plenty of towels and bedsheets and hand soaps in all bathrooms.

Alexa alarm clock so can talk to it for setting alarms or for any information higher technology access,

There is also Parking in front of unit. There is enough for extra parking. IF any trailers or Boats please let me know so I can get a FREE Parking Pass from the hoa.
There is no fee for applications needed. Since I take my own information and so there is no wait on moving in time frame.

Depending on your stay the cleaning fee will be adjusted and so will the tax and the rental charges all in your payment amount.
If you are charged a short term cleaning that is to cover laundry and brief clean up. If it turns into excessive cleaning needed. There can be an additional $50-150 more in fees for cleaning. Longer stay cleaning is more then shorter stay cleaning because it is expected to have to clean more areas .

Also depending on the reservation there will be a small security deposit that is Fully Refundable if the site requests a deposit. ( Only if requested )
No Pets are allowed. Due to the extra cleaning needed. If do have a pet I can discuss further with you and there would be a higher amount in pet fee added to total amount of reservation.

This is a walk in shower in the master bathroom. There is a tub shower combo in guest bathroom,
Both bedrooms have a closet and the master bedroom has an extra closet.
There is a sliding glass door leading to the porch on back and a sliding glass door also in the living room also leading to the back porch.
From the back porch is a door to a laundry room enclosed and storage .

The kitchen is quartz countertops and dishwasher and garbage disposal and ice maker and above stove microwave new.
The floors are all tile with large tile new and unique designed. The shower and the tub walls are also beautifully tiled walls. The bathroom vanities are new and so is the toliets .
New Furniture Sets and living room couch and dining area.

This is available in 4 units every year.
Seasonal and nonseasonal, annual lease, or shorter term stays also.
