Ocean View Penthouse at Casa Del Mar Zoetry Condo on Cabo Corridor

A two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the corridor between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas with a stunning beach view.

This condo is 3rd floor, penthouse level, with a common elevator to the walkway and front door. The main level includes laundry room, kitchen, living, full bath and bedroom with two queen beds.The balcony extends from the bedroom to the living room, walk-outs from both, with lounge seating, table and chairs, and a grill. Up the spiral staircase is the master bedroom, bath and a private patio with a large sitting area. It is the best place to watch fireworks that occur almost nightly from surrounding properties. There is a pool for the condo directly in front of the building. The beach is a mere 100 yards away, with a fire pit available in the evenings.
If ordering food and/or drinks, the hotel pool is also available, as is the restaurant and small gym.

Everything about this place was perfect! Tara was responsive and super helpful with providing great local recommendations. The condo was so well stocked (in fact make sure to go to the condo before doing your shopping since there may be a lot more there than you think!). The grounds are beautiful, the pools were awesome. I liked staying in a condo but having hotel amenities. The beds are super comfortable and every detail feels local and authentic. We will be back! Wonderful stay

Old world charm

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Tara's unit and she was very accommodating with our check-in and helpful when needed. The unit has an old world Mexican decor and is very well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses and cookware. In a way it feels like the owners had just moved out so it can be rented for the week. Anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with view to the sea will enjoy it.

GREAT STAY IN A GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!

Our family (19yo and 22yo boys my wife and myself) stayed over the holidays. Tara was a great host and the condo was everything we needed and more. We have stayed at Casa Del Mar for 14 years and Delfin 301 is one of our favorites. With it's great view and proximity to the sand, you can't beat the location. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for cooking. We just can't say enough great things about Tara or the property!!! We hope to stay again!!!!

Warmth Abounds

This was probably the most complete and beautiful VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The location is amazing. The views from both levels were heavenly. Reading on the lounge chair on the balcony, I heard the whale before I saw her (and then her calf)…what a bonus because it happened two days in a row. Plenty of room for two parents and two adult children. If you are looking for modern, this isn’t it. If you want Mexican warmth and charm, this is it!

Week-long Get-away

Once we got our car rental, we proceeded to Zoetry. I'd recommend taking the toll road to save time as going through San Jose del Cabo was a traffic nightmare after a long day in airports. When we got to the condo, we were able to get in with ease thanks to Tara providing us excellent instructions. The family and I were all able to settle in quickly, change and head out to the beautiful beach for a few rays before too late and other activities called. We were there for a week and never had any problems except for the dishwasher going out. That never was an issue as we were always eating out. Thanks to Tara for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing place, beautiful views

This condo is perfectly situated with a view of the beach and close to a pool. We watched whales from the balcony every day. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The host met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We will be back.
