Don't forget to bring your dog along in this Dog-Friendly beach house, (dogs up to 25lb welcome, pre-registration & fee apply). No Check In procedure to deal with or standing in lines. You're just a quick walk from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. No Smoking in home or on balcony
3. Dogs up to 25lbs welcome (maximum of 2), $250 non-refundable pet fee per animal; pre-registration is required
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Beach Vacation

This was a very nice condo to stay in. Very roomy and comfortable. Disappointed to find the third bedroom (with bunkbeds) downstairs and not attached to upstairs unit. Our friend had to come up outside stairs to enter the main area.((Would be a great place to put the teenagers however.) The condo was located across from the beach and restaurants in walking distance. Nice view. Driveway with carport to put car in. Very quiet area.

Wonderful Location

This home is in a quiet neighborhood just 1 block off beach hwy.. The deck is facing beach with a small view of ocean. The deck is large but is in need of some repair. (Nails are pertruding) Inside home was fully equipped and quite spacious.. (only item missing was oven mitt) our overall stay was very comfortable!
