Welcome to our charming apartment, in the highly appreciated area of Golfe-Juan. Ideally located just a 7-minute walk from the beach, this accommodation combines comfort and proximity to amenities. Perfect for couples, groups of friends or family.

You will have at your disposal:
- An entrance with storage space and an iron.
- A kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a ceramic hob, a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine.
- A living area with a sofa bed (160x200).
- A dining area
- A balcony with a dining table for 4 people and its sea overview.
- A comfortable 2-seater bed 180*200 (or 2 single beds of 90x190), a wardrobe.
- A bathroom with: bathtub and hairdryer.
- A separate toilet
- A parking space

The accommodations are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

In the residence, you have access to a swimming pool with 2 pools (open from April to September, depending on the weather), a petanque court, ping-pong tables and tennis courts. Do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to rent equipment to take advantage of it!
On the first floor, there is also a laundry room as well as a furnished hall and a park.

Un séjour parfait ! Le logement est très bien pensé et très, très bien situé! Nous avons pu visiter facilement ! L'arrêt de bus au pied de la résidence est un gros plus! Et le parking privé également. L'appartement était très propre et bien agencé sachant que nous avons deux petites filles. Nous reviendrons !
