This will be your home away from home, where you can feel free to leave all of your worries behind and enjoy the peace and relaxation of the mountains! Our guests will enjoy rocking on the large, covered porch with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, as you experience the breathtaking views and fresh mountain air!

As you enter this beautiful 1,000-acre gated community, you will be greeted by cascading streams, a picnic area and large playground, all accessible to our guests.

Main Level: Great Room w/ floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, 65" TV with YouTube TV, and SkyRunner internet. Dining Room, fully stocked kitchen with large island that seats 3-4, half bath, and laundry room. Master bedroom with Adjustable King bed, TV and En-suite master bathroom with a soaking tub, separate vanities, stand up shower and private toilet room. Large-covered porch with rocking chairs and propane firepit

Upper Level: Loft area, second King bedroom with full bathroom and walk in closet, and third King bedroom with full bathroom and walk in closet as well.

Lower Level: Twin over Full bunkbed bedroom, Full Bathroom. Recreation Room with new leather furniture, 75' TV, Ping Pong, Air Hockey and lots of games and puzzles. Access to lower deck and driveway and garage.

Outdoor Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning firepits will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180 Please order ahead of time before your arrival.

House Rules:
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED!
If a pet is reported or seen at the property, you will be asked to evacuate the property & pay a pet-fee of $500!
-No smoking inside the property at all! Smoking is ONLY allowed by the outdoor firepit and not allowed on upper or lower porches. PLEASE dispose of them in the firepit only!

Rates: $480 nightly.
3 nights minimum.

11% tax will be applied to rent.
The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.

$65 Reservation Fee (plus tax).
$300 Cleaning fee.
$100 Hot-Tub Fee
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent

10% discount for returning guests who have stayed at Almost Heaven only!

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles or trailers on the mountain.
