This home was stunning and comfortable. The location is fantastic to the beautiful private beach. The details just made it feel magical. I brought 6 teenage girls and they were enamored with all of the quirky fun touches.
This was a great vacation for three families to come together and enjoy a fantastic vacation.

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re so happy to hear that Annie Laurie was the perfect setting for your families to come together and enjoy a fantastic vacation in the Coast Cottage neighborhood.
It’s always special when guests can make meaningful memories like that, and we’re glad the home suited your group well. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another stay!
Very pleased with the property & amenities. The house was just as described we had no issues with the elevator or the air ( and it was HOT). The proximity to the pool was excellent, there was a short walk to the beach but it was easily accessible. Our family had a great time and can’t wait to go back.
The house was beautiful. We loved the location and easy beach access. I was nervous about the community pool, but there were no issues at all. The area was clean and not ever extremely full during our stay. The elevator in the house was an added bonus, along with the rooftop sitting area. I appreciate the communication emails from our host. The emails provided all of the information we needed. We will definitely book again!
Amazing stay good for large families. Absolutely shocking once she walked in and you don’t expect it to be as nice as it is but then it’s a lot more spacious. There’s not as many pictures as there should be but it’s still an amazing place and it’s a good surprise.
So when I booked I thought the house was ocean front from the pictures. But it’s not. 5 houses off but still nice quite safe street . Pretty good walk to beach when lugging chairs umbrellas etc. pool area large and nice. 2 diff pools. Bennie’s Red Barn was a great restaurant.
After more than 30 years we returned to St Simons for a family vacation. It didn’t disappoint. The neighborhood and beach access are fantastic. While the location was great, the house could use some attention for renters. The small common space furniture and bed linens are worn. With just a little sprucing up, I would have ranked 5 stars.
We had a great time and plan to return to the neighborhood.

Thank you for your nice review. We appreciate your feedback and have addressed your concerns. We hope to have you stay again soon.
We love the area! We’ve stayed in 4 different Coast Cottages a total of 6 times over the past 10 years. This house was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for 10 people. Our only complaints would be the WIFI was inadequate and the cable options were lacking . We couldn’t get the Braves game . Many remotes for the main tv but no directory to get to cable tv or network tv. There isn’t enough cabinet space to put food so maybe add a hutch instead of the piano. There were a lot of tiny gnats , like maybe fruit flies .
Engagement weekend for son and girlfriends parents
Just a wonderful weekend, unique house, not much gathering space, but good for guests to have their space.

Glad you had a wonderful weekend. Annie Laurie is truly a unique cottage. The second level is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room and access to the front deck. The kitchen/dining areas seats 12 and the living area seats at least 8.
